All sales are final

AI Fluency Lab is a digital product with instant delivery. The moment your payment goes through, your access code is sent to you and your purchase is complete. Because we cannot un-send a code once it reaches you, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We know that can feel strict, so here is the human part: if something actually went wrong, we will make it right.

When we will help you

If any of these happen, message us within 7 days of your purchase and we will fix it, including a refund where it is a genuine delivery problem on our side:

Your access code did not arrive.
You received the wrong product.
You paid twice for the same product by mistake.
A technical issue on our site is stopping you from accessing what you paid for.
